The “world”,(yes I said the “world”) is stunned at what’s going on in some churches today. Even they know something's not right.  They're looking for a place of refuge and we give them the world, the “seeker friendly church” wants to make them feel wanted and comfortable; sinners are wanted in God's church, Jesus made sure of that at Calvary. Sinners are seeking help, real help, the help that comes from Jesus and His word.

When I went to church, before I was born again, I didn’t feel comfortable; I was under such conviction by the Holy Ghost to get my life right with God.

Of course the longer I stayed in the world the more like the world I became.  I knew that there had to be something better for me.  After I got saved I realized that the love of Jesus was drawing me to Him, through the Holy Spirit.

The churches were preaching repentance; turning away from sin, and running to Jesus.  I’m so glad He never gave up on me, but I couldn’t be around true Christians, or in a God-fearing church, without conviction.  The reality of that came to me after I gave my heart to Jesus, and began to study the Word, allowing the Holy Spirit to teach me the way of eternal life. That was almost 50 years ago.

I’m sorry to say, there were short times of backsliding, but Jesus never left me, and today He means more to me than life itself. Because of the leading of the Holy Spirit I can stay on course, and run the race, His word is my road map, leading me into eternal life.  I’m so thankful for Holy Spirit conviction, where would we be without it?  This is what concerns me about deception in many churches today. Where is the conviction? Where is the ministry of John the baptist? What has happened to the church?

The apostle Paul ask this question to the church in Galatia: Galatians 3:1-3  O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you?

This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?  Are ye so foolish?  Having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh?

Paul also warned the church in Acts 20:27-30. For I have not shunned to declare unto you all the counsel of God.  Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood. For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock.  Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them.

There is so much of the world in the church, and so much church in the world.  The churches that continue to draw people by enticing words, lots of fun, and entertainment are damming their souls to hell, as well as yours, if your sitting in a church like that.

Paul was speaking to the church at Corinth, a church of much unruly behavior. They would believe anyone as long as it pleased them and they didn't have to make a stand for Jesus. They were in disarray because they were not being fed the truth about Jesus, of course they didn't have the New Testament as we do today. But they quickly repented when Paul told them the truth by the power of the Holy Ghost. 1Cor. 2:1-5. And I, brethren, when I came to you, came not with excellency of speech or of wisdom, declaring unto you the testimony of God. For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified. And I was with you in weakness and in fear, and in much trembling. And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power; That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.

Its very hard for true Christians to believe what’s going on in other “so called churches,” because they're so busy trying to win souls, feed the hungry, take direction from the Holy Spirit, loving God and people. We don't have time to worry and wonder about them, but we do have time to pray for them.. We need to stay true to God, doing the work of the ministry, loving each other and praising God in Jesus name.

Some well known Pastors are encouraging their leadership to get relaxed before service they need a drink, wine, rum, and many other such indulgences.  Not giving thought to when the sinner comes to church trying to get delivered from alcohol, (a bondage from hell), and all kinds of other bondage's, the leadership is encouraging alcohol for a refreshing, to relax them before service. That's spirits alright, but not the Holy Spirit.

Believe me I know what I’m talking about.  My father was an alcoholic that got deliverance, as well as my husband for many years.  The devil drew my husband closer to hell with every drink, he couldn’t stop, but then God, came in and rescued him just in time.  After 26 years of bondage Jesus set him free.  He never looked back, and told everyone he could, about the saving grace of Jesus.  He is in heaven now after serving the Lord almost 30 years. Do you think he could have made it in a church that teaches such heresy?

There are also some churches advocating wife swapping, same sex marriage, and many other things that turned you away from the world to begin with, things some of you were delivered from, Jesus called it “the lust of the flesh” .  A short while ago I found a church on the Internet that encourage “pole dancing" for their church congregation, they call it good exercise for the women in the church; I know what your thinking: (is this the same kind of pole dancing they do in strip clubs?) YES!I saw it going on in their church on their website!  It’s very hard to even comprehend that they have gotten so worldly and wicked that some can’t tell the difference.  We need to pray for those preachers as well as the congregation, that they repent before its too late. Then leave them alone and allow the Holy Spirit to deal with them.

The true church of the living God must seek His face every day, must seek the direction of the Holy Spirit and be obedient to His Holy Word! Soon the “seeker friendly” church will fold when people begin to realize there is no Holy Ghost Power there. Many will depart, seeking Jesus and the uncompromising Bible believing, Holy Ghost filled church.

I pray that we understand and know how the Holy Scriptures describes he last days church, the one Jesus is coming back for;

Eph.5:25-27 NLT For husbands, this means love your wives, as Christ loved the church. He gave up his life for her to make her holy and clean, washed by the cleansing of God's word. He did this to present her to himself as a glorious church without spot or wrinkle or any other blemish. Instead she will be holy and without fault.

Churches get yourselves ready for the influx of sinners and misled Christians to run to the Glory of God in our Holy Spirit led churches. We can do all things through Christ which strengthens us!

Please get yourself and family in a God fearing, Jesus filled, Holy Spirit convicting church before its to late.

The times we are in now has been spoken by Holy Prophets of God, down through history. The Apostle Paul wrote about this very thing in Acts3:17-19 CEV. My friends, I am sure that you and your leaders didn't know what you were doing. But God had his prophets tell that his Messiah would suffer, and now he has kept that promise. So turn to God! Give up your sins, and you will be forgiven.

Acts 3:19KJV. Talks about ... the times of refreshing that come from the presence of the Lord..... We so need His presence and His precious Holy Spirit Power.

Luke 21:10-11NLT Then he added, Nation will go to war against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be great earthquakes, and there will be famines and plagues in many lands, and there will be terrifying things and great miraculous sings from heaven

Verse 20 And when you see Jerusalem surrounded by armies, then you will know that the time of its destruction has arrived. Our Savior is closer than we think! Many don't believe Jesus is coming soon, but He is, we need to get busy, in the Kingdom of God, lead people to Christ, Matt. 10:8NLT Heal the sick, raise the dead, cure those with leprosy, and cast out demons. Give as freely as you have received.” The Holy Spirit lives within you and He will use you if you will allow Him, we can't do it without Him!

In His service daily,
