Lately when a Mother calls me, desprate for prayer, or a young woman is in great need, I see an evil tormenting spirit of hopelessnes.  One precious mother told me when she speaks with her son, (who is not serving Jesus at this time); she senses a feeling of hopelessness, and that spirit begins to cause her to feel hopeless also. 

I quickly reconize that spirit of hoplessness some have for the lost, its in the scripture, you'll find it in Eph.2:12  That at that time ye were without Chirst, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world.   This scripture is talking about having no hope in this world.  If we are not serving Jesus and living for His glory, we are lost and there is NO hope in this world's system.  We must reconize this evil spirit, we have to realize that Jesus gives us great hope, the hope of eternal life in Him, no matter what we have done. 

Never give up on those you have prayed for, they are put in your life for a reason, but do know this, you are NOT God, you can't give them hope but He can.  Jesus can change a life in an instant; are direction changes from death to life, through His death, burial and resurrection. 

 Even though there is no hope in this world's system, there is always the blessed hope of Jesus Christ.  Romans 15:13 Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.  Wow, all joy and peace! This is only one of His great promises to the believer.  Study the bible and stand on His promises for your family and friends that are lost.  God will bring them in by His great love and Holy Spirit conviction. 

Hopelessness can put you into deep despair and give you a feeling of desperation.  Hopelessness leaves you with an empty feeling within, a void in your life:  Only Jesus can fill that void and He can do it right now. 

Thank you Jesus for your marvelous grace, your wonderful mercy and your loving kindness toward us.  You are the only true God, the One who died for us, so we could be free, and have great hope, through faith in You.
